Our product line fits nicely with dietary trends as well as comfort foods nationwide – as individuals are seeking happier lifestyles complimented by delicious gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan foods.

Humble Spud is led by Chef Desmond Keefe who has been in the food business for over 30 years. Chef Desmond is the director of Culinary and Hospitality at a local culinary institute and has worked as a chef at some of the most upscale restaurants in the Northeastern US.
